WithGiga operates on a transparent usage-based model. The Usage page provides a comprehensive breakdown of your credit consumption, remaining balances, and billing history.

Usage Overview

The main dashboard shows your financial status at a glance:

Financial Metrics

  • Total Spend: The total amount spent in the selected period.
    • Runtime: Cost associated with active computer time.
    • AI: Cost associated with AI token consumption (input/output).
  • Remaining Total: Your total available funds (Credits + Prepaid).
  • Included Credits Left: Credits granted by your plan that reset or expire.
  • Prepaid Balance: Additional funds you have added to your account.

You can view data for different time ranges:
  • Current Period
  • Past Week
  • Past Month
  • Past Year

Spend Over Time

A visual chart displaying your consumption trends.
  • Deployments: Total number of environments launched.
  • Runtime Hours: Total hours your computers have been active.
  • Token Usage: Detailed breakdown of AI input and output tokens.
  • Burn Rate: Shows the percentage of available credits used.

Recent Billable Items

A detailed ledger of every charge incurred.
  • Type: Identifies if the charge is for Runtime or AI Tokens.
  • Date: Timestamp of the usage.
  • Amount: The cost of that specific event.

Billing Management

From this page, you can access the full Billing Portal to:
  • Top Up: Add more prepaid credits to your account.
  • Manage Subscription: Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
  • Payment Methods: Update credit card details.
  • Invoices: Download PDF receipts for accounting.
